Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 Juice of a lemon
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Century Chile pepper seeds removed and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon coriander
  • Lemon juice Green (Lime)
  • 1 onion minced
  • Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • Lemon Grass 1 for the white part of it

Preparation Step(s):
  1. · Mix the yogurt with the lemon Garam masala and turmeric.
  2. · Place the chicken mixture and cover it well. Cover and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. · Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit temperature.
  4. · Heat the olive oil, chicken Hamri and Tpelet from both sides with salt and pepper.
